Fully ripe, perfectly healthy and farm-fresh: these are the requirements for the fruit used for Gölles distillates. This is because, especially with clear schnapps, it is the fruit taste alone that determines the greatness of a distillate. Not a single wrong note can be permitted to disturb the ensemble of aromas – which is one of the highest priorities in the distillation process as well.
