The quintessence of grappa

Grappas from the house of Gölles are produced in fruitful co-operation with some of Austria’s most renowned vintners. For only the flavour and aroma already present in the fruit – in this case the grapes – can be extracted by the distiller for his schnapps. Gölles grappas are distilled from the pressing residues of the most excellent wine grapes –the best possible basis for the quintessential grappa.
